The award is being made after the ICB had to abandon the MSP route as another 'suitably qualified ' party submitted interest in providing the service. ICB are awarding an urgent 12 month contract to allow sufficient time to complete a PSR Competitive Process.
Publisher note: This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. MSP route abandoned September 2024. Urgent award of contract for 12 months to allow for PSR competitive process.
