It will be in place for a period of 36 months, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.\nThis procurement complies with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and is in accordance with the provisions of the Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14 Framework Agreement.\nThe decision to award the contract via GCloud 14 was based on the supplier’s ability to meet the specific requirements of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the framework's terms and following the submission of relevant search criteria terms.  The procurement process ensures best value, transparency, and compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.\nThis Contract Award Notice is published in compliance with Regulation 108 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be made publicly available via Contracts Finder and the Find A Tender Service.",
