The contracted site covered by this is The Halls, St Andrew's Plain, Norwich, NR3 1AU and includes St Andrew's Hall, Blackfriars Hall, the Cloisters, the Crypt, Becket's Chapel, Chapter House (remains) and other meeting, office, and operational rooms within the complex.
