Coverage: 2 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleThe contractor currently providing these works used the break provisions in the contract to end the service prematurely.
This unforeseeable event has resulted in the Association having to urgently appoint a new contractor to maintain the service to meet their regulatory requirements.
The Association entered into negotiation with the second placed tenderer from the original procurement, who agreed to comply with the original contract requirements at the same rates tendered.
There were no other bids received from service providers when the contract was originally tendered in 2021 therefore options for negotiating with others was limited considering the timescales. |
