Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Anchor has a proven track record of consistent revenue and profit delivery, is rated G1/V1 by the Regulator of Social Housing, and A+ (stable) by Standard & Poors. We are working towards our strategic plan to provide more, and better, housing for older people; more opportunities for colleagues; more influence for customers; and to be more efficient. We plan to build 5,700 affordable and energy efficient homes over 10 years, and to grow our Care home portfolio to a maximum of 140 homes over the medium to long term, underpinned by efficiency improvements and synergy savings across the organisation. We are seeking proposals to transform our banking processes.
