Published requirement descriptionLiverpool School of Tropical Medicine is considering the purchase of a high-throughput surface plasmon resonance (SPR) system, comparable to the Carterra LSA or equivalent, for antibody screening and characterisation, including binding kinetics, affinity measurements and epitope binning. The purchase would include associated software, delivery, installation and training. Alternative systems offering equivalent functionality and performance are acceptable.
