Lot awarding rule: In accordance with the Provider Selection Regime competitive procedure, Bidders will need to complete both the basic and key criterion questions. The basic criteria questions will comprise of general questions relating to tenderers' organisation and the Pass/Fail questions to demonstrate their experience of providing the same or similar service. The selection key criteria will consist of the following criterions and weightings: Criteria 1: Quality and Innovation Question 1.1 - Quality 20% Question 1.2 - Innovation 10% Criteria 2: Value Question 2.1 - Value 10% Criteria 3: Integration, collaboration and service sustainability Question 3.1 - Integration and collaboration 20% Question 3.2 - Service sustainability 15% Criteria 4: Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice. Question 4.1 - Improving access and reducing health inequalities and disparities 10% Question 4.2 - Facilitating choice 5% Criteria 5: Social value Question 5.1 - Social value 10% Evaluation will be based on the scoring methodology of 0-4 as set out in the tender documents. Tenderers will need to score a minimum threshold of 2 in order to pass.
