Spirometry testing in primary care for adults, delivered by quality assured Association for Respiratory, Technology and Physiology (ARTP) registered staff. Spirometry is a common breathing test used to assess lung function. It measures how much air you can breathe out and how quickly you can do so. This test helps diagnose lung conditions like asthma and COPD.

Planned transformation of Phlebotomy provision in Northants has given Commissioners an opportunity to include Spirometry within future service design, and implement sustainable long-term provision of these diagnostic services at a neighbourhood level.
