£5,784,852 is the median lowest-valid-bid benchmark for the broad CPV market sample, against this procedure’s published value of £8,891,572.

This is a historical comparator, not a bid-price forecast or a guaranteed saving. It excludes records where the published values cannot be sensibly compared and does not adjust for lot structure, quality weighting, framework terms or scope.

"description": "Haringey Council is seeking to procure a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service that will support adults aged 18 and over to build and sustain long-term recovery from substance use. The service will provide person-centred, recovery-focused support that helps residents improve their health and wellbeing, strengthen relationships, develop life skills, access education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities, and reconnect with their communities. The service will deliver a wide range of evidence-based psychosocial interventions, peer support, mutual aid, recovery planning, aftercare and recovery check-ups, recognising that recovery is a personal, non-linear journey and that different pathways to recovery may be appropriate for different individuals. The service will be co-produced with people with lived and living experience, who will play a central role in governance, service development and delivery. Working as part of the Haringey Addictions Treatment and Recovery System (HARTS), the provider will collaborate closely with treatment services, community organisations and other statutory partners to reduce harm, tackle stigma, prevent relapse, strengthen recovery capital and help residents live healthy, independent and fulfilling lives.",
