Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. The programme’s intended impact will be to reduce the rates of adolescent girls out of school, early marriage, and teenage pregnancy. It will aim to do this by improving access, learning, and sexual and reproductive health information for 1 million adolescents’ girls and children with disability over the life of the programme through: • Engaging with communities in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the country to challenge engrained cultural attitudes towards keeping girls and children with disability in school and healthy, connect adolescent girls with sexual and reproductive health services, and support the provision of safe spaces. • Strengthening systems to improve teaching and learning, reduce violence in schools, deliver alternative services for girls who are out of school, manage public finances better, and provide comprehensive reproductive and sexuality education. • Developing policies to reform the curriculum to make it more inclusive, increase the supply of qualified teachers in rural areas, and help the education system to respond to shocks such as Enola and Covid-19 . mobilising rural communities to demand access to health and education services, hold schools and health centres to account, and keep girls and those with disabilities in school. Please register interest to the FCDO Supplier Portal for this opportunity (PROJ10197) to receive all communication and updates. An Early Market Engagement Event was held on 10th of June, and was advertised through the FCDO Procurement Twitter account.
