Coverage: 37 active published awards; 37 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Ayrshire and Arran Health Board, known as NHS Ayrshire & Arran wishes to appoint a contractor to provide Provision of Supported Transition for the Child and Adult Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The Service will provide identified children in Irvine and Largs localities with additional support transitioning as there is a recognised need that many children have a number of environmental factors that impact on their mental health and wellbeing. This service will also support additional transitions from S1 into S2 for identified pupils. There would be some early intervention and prevention work with a focus on ‘Worry Workshops’ and supporting young people to talk about feelings and discuss any worries. This will provide a platform to normalise conversations around mental health and wellbeing as well as providing young people with practical skills and mechanisms that will assist them in self-managing worries.

CAMHS and Schools are keen to work in partnership with a service provider to deliver a bespoke high quality service which is complementary to CAMHS for young people presenting to services with an emerging need and risk across Ayrshire. The prioritisation criteria would be based on where there have been: -Past child protection -Care experience -Contact with the law/justice services -Frequent Emergency Department (ED) attendance -Concerns within education -Creating issues in local community.
