Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 28 active published awards; 26 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The proposed scheme replaces the existing 4 way traffic signal at the junction of the Welton Road/Water Lane(A63 slip road link)/Welton Low Road with a 3 way signalised roundabout, with Welton Low Road becoming a priority junction. It includes pedestrian and cycle improvements largely to improve the route to South Hunsley School to and from Brough. The existing junction is elevated and the new roundabout is elevated on an embankment to match the existing levels. The existing junction creates congestion at peak hours with large queues forming mostly from commuter traffic to Hull in the am peak and from Hull in the pm peak, the proposals are expected to reduce this queuing.
