Following completion of the technical evaluation stage, the University undertook a further internal review of its requirements. As a result of this review, it was identified that the existing specification requires material revision to ensure alignment with the University's developing Digital Strategy. Accordingly, the University has taken the decision to abandon the current procurement process, and no contract award will be made under this procedure. |
