Coverage: 257 active published awards; 256 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
To award a compliant contract for the provision of new Civil Enforcement Officers in order to meet the needs of the county to ensure the highway is managed effectively in accordance with published traffic regulation orders (TROs). This is a well-established contract/service and though there may be a few small changes to the scope of the requirements, overall this will be to procure the same services. Estimated value of contract: £10million if the contract runs for its full terms. There is scope as allowed that this value could increase to £12 million. However, this is only headroom if other public bodies within the County request the Authority to provide services. The duration being 5 years + 5 years or to the maximum budget
