This includes satisfactorily completing orders within the specified time periods, good customer liaison, efficient and accurate paperwork, prompt submission of accounts, and immediately responding to any complaints received. The contractor will be the sole provider for the out-of-hours drainage works. Therefore, the contractor must provide a reliable out-of-hours service and can promptly attend, clear drain blockages, and deal with urgent drainage-related matters during these times. The work will include jetting that might need to be completed out-of-hours (e.g. 3 am) to prevent a blockage backsurging and causing property damage. This contract includes responsive repairs, i.e. day-to-day minor repairs that need to be dealt with quickly to keep properties in reasonable order and to a tenantable standard.
