    4B.1.2 - Tenderers will be required to have a minimum average yearly turnover of GBP1,200,000.00 in each of the last three financial years.

    4B.5.1b - the Tenderer must maintain Employer's (Compulsory) Liability insurance in the sum of not less than GBP10,000,000 in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.

    4B.5.2 - the Tenderer must maintain Public Liability insurance in the sum of not less than GBP10,000,000 in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.

    4B.5.2 - the Tenderer must maintain Product Liability insurance in the sum of not less than GBP10,000,000 in respect of any one incident and unlimited as to numbers of claims.

  • Technical & professional ability

    4C.1.2 Bidders will be required to provide THREE (3) examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.

    • Change Extended scope of works and services to the original scope of the project (The DC power supply platform is not interoperable with other makes and changing the contractor would not allow for an expansion of the supply capacity for use in the PNDC. The design of the modules (and subsequent construction) has to meet the requirements of ETPS Ltd in order for the entire system to function correctly, be safe and maintain warranties) by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement, where a change of contractor— (i)cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations procured under the initial procurement; and (ii)would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority, provided that any increase in price does not exceed 50% of the initial contract value;, Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The DC power supply platform is not interoperable with other makes and changing the contractor would not allow for an expansion of the supply capacity for use in the PNDC. The design of the modules (and subsequent construction) has to meet the requirements of ETPS Ltd in order for the entire system to function correctly, be safe and maintain warranties. Hence why the original contractor had to provide this additional element to create a complete solution.
