Bidders will be required to provide examples of works carried out in the past five years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the work as described in part II.2.4 of the Find a Tender Service Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.
Minimum: Minimum number of relevant examples: A minimum of 2 examples Requirement: To demonstrate to Moray Council that you have experience working in a Local Authority or Housing Association sector within the last 5 years.
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
