Coverage: 284 active published awards; 282 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Essex County Council (ECC) have successfully entered all eight country parks into the Countryside Stewardship Scheme (CSS). This is a five-year scheme, with the aim of making further improvements to the ecological value of the parks through enhanced management. The scheme funds ongoing annual management, but also ‘one off’ capital payments which supports infrastructure improvements. ECC is seeking an expert contractor/s that can deliver these capital works to the very highest standards, ensuring ECC is compliant and therefore able to receive grant funding as budgeted and achieve the improved ecological enhancements. The works include forestry trackways, fencing and water supply. The tender is split into 2 Lots: Lot 1 - Fencing, Water Supply and Livestock Handling Infrastructure Lot 2 - Forestry Trackway Infrastructure
