What is being bought

Published requirement description

Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of Advice Services

  • Not divided into lots: The Council has considered the use of Lots for this contract but does not believe the use of Lots is suitable due to operational requirements and loss of economies of scale. Furthermore, having re-tendered this requirement on several occasions, historically the market indicates that SMEs are adequately positioned to participate in the competition and be successful.
  • The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 19 Nov 2030, 23:59 GMT.

CPV: Guidance services · Legal advisory and information services · Other community, social and personal services · Provision of services to the community

  • Price carries 10 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 1 point. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
