The University of East Anglia needs to appointment a furniture supplier, who's able to provide onsite support, with a design element, to assist with phased refits and our 10-year lifecycle of the refresh of teaching spaces across campus. The successful supplier will work with and support the University Space Team, which sits within the Estates division. The UEA Space Team will utilise any usable, matching furniture from holding stock where possible first, before purchasing new from the successful supplier.

Term - The contract will initially be for the duration of 2 years with the possibility of extension of 2 x 1 year at the sole discretion of the University of East Anglia, giving a maximum possible term of 4 years.
Value (inclusive of VAT)
- Known requirements over the potential maximum term of 4 years. Total budget estimate approximately £335,000.
- Reserving the right to include but cannot be guaranteed within the life of contract, is the potential for multiple refurbishment projects that require furniture. Projects are dependent on budgets being available, which cannot be guaranteed. Total estimated approximately £965,000.
Total contract value (inclusive of VAT) over the possible maximum term of 4 year (2+1+1), estimated between £335,000 up to £1,300,000.
