Lot details

Lot 1

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Liverpool Place have awarded a 2 + 1 contract term for YPAS Services in Liverpool Place. The contract has started on 1st April 2024 and will expire 31st March 2026 with an option to extend to 31st March 2027. In Liverpool Place YPAS are part of the Liverpool CAMHS Partnership which works collaboratively as part of a Memorandum of Agreement within all contracts. This has strengthened the collaborative approach ensuring specific requirements are shared including workforce, estates, information sharing, communication and partnerships. There is currently no other service across Cheshire and Merseyside which has the operating model of YPAS, specifically in relation to being part of a wider collaborative and core delivery partner and therefore further competition is absent to ensure continuity of delivery and sustainability of the future care model.

Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 85. The category anchor is Health services (85100000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
