Coverage: 35 active published awards; 35 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable TfL to better understand the market appetite, capacity, and capability. The Woolwich Ferry has two vessels that operate a vehicle and passenger service between two terminals on either side of the river Thames. The vessels were built by Remontowa and were brought into service in 2018. Each vessel is 60m in length and 19m width. The Ferries have regulatory requirements to have maintenance and surveys carried out at the end of summer 2023. The vessels will be placed into a dry dock for the services one at a time in order to maintain passenger service at Woolwich. Whilst the vessels are in a dry dock / maintenance yard, TfL may opt to include further maintenance & enhancement at the same time. The scope of the services may include: • Drydocking, berthing and associated utilities • Statutory Lloyds / MCA Surveys • Switchboard surveys, overhauls & upgrades • Engines & Alternators, Surveys & Upgrades • Exhaust DPF & SCR upgrades –emission control • Electrical system maintenance & battery upgrades –5 year re-coring (Norwegian Electrical Systems (NES) system) • Thrusters –Surveys & Overhauls (Hydromaster system)Capacitor & CDU surveys & overhauls • Blasting & Painting to Hull & Topsides, inc. TfL are seeking to gain feedback on the approach and programme from the market. Therefore, TfL would like to invite potential bidders to engage with us; to find out more about the opportunity and discuss the nature of this forthcoming procurement exercise. This notice is seeking potential bidders to express an interest and engage with us via the instructions provided in section vi, Complementary Information. TfL are particularly interested to gain feedback from both • DryDock / Shipyard providers who may undertake the services, as described above • Organisations capable of delivering the activities above, either indirectly or via sub-contracting. TfL may invite interested suppliers to participate in a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) or market engagement sessions.
