WCHG is seeking experienced contractors to deliver General Building Works, Specialist Services, and Empty Homes (Voids) Works

Successful contractors will be appointed to a lotted agreement and ranked based on quality and price.

Contractors can bid for:

Lot 1: General Building Works

Lot 2: Specialist Works (Asphalt Repairs, Drainage Works, Damp & Mould Remediation, Environmental Cleaning & Property Clearance)

Lot 3: Empty Homes (Voids)

WCHG reserves discretion to consider capacity, resources, resilience and performance risk when making awards. Work allocation is managed through ranked lists and capacity thresholds rather than restricting contract awards. A supplier can be awarded Lot 1, multiple Lot 2 sub-lots, and Lot 3 simultaneously, provided they can demonstrate sufficient capacity and capability
