Published requirement descriptionThe works shall comprise, but not be limited to, the recording of water temperatures, recording of the condition of cold-water storage tanks and hot water calorifiers, water sampling and testing, and correct operation of thermostatic mixing valves together with corrective measures required whilst carrying out the aforementioned. The estimated total value of the contract over the total contract period (including any extension period) is a maximum value of £1,250,000.00 but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.

award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of potential suppliers.

The value provided in this notice is only an estimate.
The initial contract term is for 5 Years, with 1 optional extension of up to 2 years.
