Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 70 active published awards; 15 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
As outlined in the Mayor of London Police and Crime Plan 2025 - 2029, victims of crime remain at the heart of everything we do, and the Mayor will continue to invest in the support provided to victims. In his current strategy, he is committed to work with partners to support the development and resilience of the VAWG sector workforce. To support the sector and deliver on his commitment, MOPAC now wish to procure a supplier to develop the Mayor's VAWG Sector Workforce Development Strategy. We will be encouraging and hopeful of receiving bids from organisations working in partnership with a VAWG sector organisation, or similar arrangements.
