Since its launch in 2008 it has been a hugely important vehicle for BBC ALBA and many of its participants have gone on to develop media careers and receive further industry recognition. This Award Notice is for the contract extension, without a call for competition, in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (regulation 72(1)(b)). Additional services have become necessary and a change of contractor would result in significant inconvenience /substantial duplication of costs for MG ALBA.
