What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), on behalf of the Belfast (BHSCT), Northern (NHSCT), South Eastern (SEHSCT), and Southern (SHSCT) Health and Social Care Trusts within Northern Ireland, wish to invite tenders for the Supply and delivery of urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and body fluids microscopy analyser(s), reagents, consumables and quality control (QC).
- Not divided into lots: Lots were deemed not appropriate to be used in this instance due to interoperability. All associated components must have compatibility as well as consumables being calibrated and approved for use with the supplier's equipment. Servicing and maintenance must also be carried out by engineers authorised to do so by the manufacturer. Awarding to one supplier takes out the risk of loss of assurance and functionality as well as incompatibility.
- The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 1 Jan 2032, 23:59 GMT.

- Financial: Suppliers will be assessed on their CP22 Pricing Schedule submission and the costs they provide. This will make up 95% of the assessment weighting.
- Quality Scored Assessment: Suppliers will be assessed on their responses to the quality scored question. This will make up 5% of the assessment weighting.

Important Deadlines
