    Innovate UK-UKRI seeks a supplier to conduct a light touch process and impact evaluation (with robust econometric analysis) of the Biomedical Catalyst Programme for a duration of 24 months. This evaluation will assess the extent to which the BMC is making or has made an impact in relation to its key objectives: 1. Deliver growth to the UK health & life sciences sectors 2. Enable the pull-through of academic research into a commercial setting 3.Help existing UK SMEs to become competitive and sustainable 4.Leverage investment into UK-based innovative health and life sciences businesses, particularly into earlier, high-quality, high-risk projects. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is intended to notify suppliers of this upcoming procurement opportunity that will be advertised through the Crown Commercial Service RM6126 Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Only suppliers registered under the all sub-category under the Evaluation and Evidence Synthesis category will be eligible to submit bids upon launch.
