Coverage: 151 active published awards; 148 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The GMCA Education, Skills & Work (ESW) directorate looked to procure a lead provider to deliver a programme of activity which identifies, engages and supports economically inactive GM residents (aged 19 and over) who are furthest away from the labour market, with complex needs (including those who are not engaged with mainstream provision) to address barriers and achieve positive onward destinations. The programme also has a dedicated offer for economically inactive residents aged over 50 who experience age-related challenges.
This opportunity was commissioned as a further competition/call off from the education, work and skills flexible procurement system.
