What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionFor the provision of a comprehensive database of UK SME equity deals, including detailed information on deals, companies and investors. The data will be used as the key source for the Bank’s annual Small Business Finance Markets, Equity Tracker and Nations & Regions Tracker publications, which both cover recent trends in venture capital and equity finance in the UK.
The requirement includes access to an online data platform, a quarterly transfer of the underlying UK deal dataset (in CSV/Excel format) and publishing rights to include the data in Bank reports. It also includes access to deal/company data via an API feed for matching the Bank’s portfolio companies for internal monitoring and Industrial Strategy reporting required by HMG.
