It is intended that the procurement will cover the design, build, equipping and maintenance of a facility and may include the option to refurbish one of the existing Trust SSD buildings. The purpose of this early market engagement is to gather insights from potential suppliers to help inform the scope, structure, and approach of the procurement to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation and delivers best value. All options for financing the project are being considered and the Trust would be open to understand any innovative solutions.
