Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 383 active published awards; 381 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Service route encompasses key destinations including Truro College, the Royal Cornwall Hospital, New County Hall and the City centre. This high frequency service currently operates from 6:30am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Buses operate between 10 and 15 minute intervals during peak times to suit the needs of commuters and those visiting Truro. The Council currently own 8 buses which are leased to the operator to provide the service with dedicated vehicles – this is included in the contract price. Vehicles are maintained, fuelled and insured by the operator. The service completes circa 60,000 passenger journeys per month. With a successful bid for Zebra 2 funding, the Council will be introducing 7 electric vehicles to the service to update the fleet and installing charging infrastructure on the park and ride terminals located at Langarth, with 1,209 car parking spaces on the western approach to Truro and Tregurra with 1,379 car parking spaces on the eastern approach. This is an opportunity for the winning Operator to be part of the journey to electrification with us. There is also an opportunity for bidders to outline their plans for better utilisation of the terminal buildings and to demonstrate how, via this contract, they can bring social value to Cornwall.
