Coverage: 278 active published awards; 90 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract for the provision of vehicle maintenance and repair services for approximately 39 vehicles in the Belfast region and 41 vehicles, 11 tractors in the East Tyrone location. This will be a lotted Contract and One (1) supplier will be awarded per lot based within a 15-mile catchment area from the Fleet Hub for both localities. EANI wishes to engage the market at this stage to establish the level of market interest and to gather information that will be beneficial in the tendering process. Further information including the questionnaire can be downloaded from CfT Documents. The questionnaire must be completed and returned via the eTendersNI messaging function. There are no formal tender documents to be completed other than the questionnaire. Any information gathered will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise.
