What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a suitable supplier to supply language support services to all Council departments who require assistance in providing their respective organisational services to customers/clients, either individually, or in groups. The content of the service will be in a format from English into a wide range of languages and from those languages into English, or other languages as requested by council departments.
- Not divided into lots: The Council would prefer to have one single supplier to ensure consistency for service users and to reduce the administrative burden across all departments that would arise from managing multiple suppliers.
- The authority expects to re-tender this requirement around 1 May 2029, 23:59 BST.
