It is the intention of this multi-speciality support and advisory consultancy services framework to assist
beneficiaries with their transformational aims for service delivery and or partnership working, by providing
focused and specialised support in the pursuit of service delivery excellence. Services offered under this
framework will support beneficiaries with elements such as but not limited to: transformational advice, systems
reviews, partnership development support, data analytics, service mapping, redesign, patient/user service
development, integrated working, and other collaborative working practices
