Coverage: 8 active published awards; 8 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Scottish Government currently deploys separate Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions for HR/Payroll and Finance. This enables the delivery of services to core Government Directorates and their employees and also a range of Executive Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies. The Scottish Government is about to embark on a transformation of its corporate services to a customer focused shared service organisation, and is potentially looking for a single, integrated cloud ERP solution to enable this transformation. The Scottish Government is, however, open to other solutions that may assist with the delivering a modern, digitally enabled Shared Services provision that is safe, secure, accessible and scalable. This will initially provide services for approximately 13,000 employees but will require the ability to rapidly onboard Scottish Public Sector bodies. The solution will need to be able to meet requirements of both central government directorates and front line delivery agencies as a single whole of government solution. A bidder session will be held remotely on Tuesday 9th March for interested parties. If you wish to attend the event please send an e-mail to sharedservicestransformation@gov.scot and we will send you the link to the Eventbright event – with details of how to attend. This session will include further details on the Shared Services Transformation programme and will also have the opportunity to ask the Programme team questions. There will also be an opportunity after the session to submit questions and the anonymised questions and answers will be distributed to attendees after the session.
