Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 6 active published awards; 5 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information relating to two separate, but complementary, Lots: 1. build a Short Straits Traffic Digital Twin (covering all key UK public routes and their dependencies); and 2. agile delivery of an alpha phase to prototype a technology-based traffic management system in Kent for HGVs travelling outbound via the Short Straits. Suppliers are welcome to apply for one or both Lots, but applications will be treated and assessed separately.
