Coverage: 44 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
TPE operates a fleet of twelve Class 397 electric multiple units.
These units were built by CAF and operate 125mph services on the west coast mainline.
The units will be due for their first overhaul from mid-2023 (current assumption but this may change) and TPE is now seeking expressions of interest from high quality maintenance performers for the provision of the works

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedcancelledPublished valueNot publishedTPE has arrangements in place with CAF for the supply of all parts required for the overhaul and requires a supplier with vehicle jacking facilities and 25Kv overhead lines to undertake the component replacement. A major element of the works will be bogie exchange but other components also require replacement. TPE will be seeking project management services from the supplier and will expect the supplier to be able to draft its own work instructions based upon the overhaul instructions supplied by CAF. The supplier must be competent in electrical, mechanical and bodyshell systems.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
