What is being bought
• Commissioners are seeking the urgent award of a contract to deliver a substance use rehabilitation placement under of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). • There is an urgent requirement for a young person (under 18), to engage with detoxification and rehabilitation. No providers on our existing framework agreement for the delivery of substance use rehabilitation placements are able to provide services due to the age of the Service User. • The awarding provider has been identified as a provider which are able to provide services to people under the age of 18, and are able to meet the needs of the Service User and are willing to provide a 12-week placement commencing on the 20/03/2024 and ending on 12/06/2024.
