Coverage: 82 active published awards; 82 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedactivePublished value£7,500,000The Medical Supplies Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd. is considering the potential requirement for the supply of Haemostatic Gauze on behalf of the UK MoD. As review was undertaken by Defence Medical Services with the aim of identifying the specification for the ideal topical haemostatic dressing and to summarise the contemporary evidence behind the market leading products in order to inform an evidence based decision with reference to future purchasing. The findings of the report remain appropriate and the clinical advice remains that any of the following three products, would be considered a suitable option for use by Defence: Celox Rapid (Medtrade Products Ltd, Crewe, UK). NSN — 6510-99-184-6453. HemCon ChitoGauze PRO (Tricol Biomedical Inc, Portland OR USA). NSN — 6510-01-591-7740 QuikClot Combat Gauze (Z-MEDICA, Wallingford, CT, USA). NSN — 6510-01-562-3325. As such, Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender the requirement for the supply of topical haemostatic agent (Haemostatic Gauze), for one of the above listed products, with a view to awarding a single contract that may commence during 2024 for a period of up to 4 years.
