Published requirement description

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Felts and Fabrics. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement where stock will be delivered to YPOs warehouse in Wakefield or the end customer will place the order with the Supplier and the Supplier delivered direct to the end customer depending on lot. This framework covers Felt, silk, polyester cotton, hessian, binca, fabric bundles and cotton t shirts. The goods are to be delivered to YPO warehouse in wakefield or direct to the customer. The customer base includes educational establishments / non education and Limited company customers (eg export /private individuals)

Published description of the framework

All tenderers who meet the minimum score threshold of 50% overall including Quality, Delivery and Customer Services and Social Value/Sustainability will be taken through to Price evaluation. Price evaluation will be conducted using the CIPFA % difference model. The submitted price is compared using a % price difference model and then scored against using the weighted criteria. The % price difference model allocates the lowest price submission the highest score and the highest price the lowest score. The price % difference is scored on the % difference between the lowest price and the price submitted. Where a submitted price exceeds the lowest price submission by more than 100%, this will result in the Tenderer being awarded a 0 for price. Price will be evaluated out of 100.
