Published requirement descriptionThe enclosed invitation to tender (ITT) provides information for consideration with respect to The Sir John Brunner Foundation contract for Student Transport Services for : -
Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College, Monarch Drive, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 8AF and Middlewich High School, King Edward St, Middlewich, CW10 9BU.
The Foundation is seeking a student transport service provision which will allow learners to travel to and from Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College and Middlewich High School, Monday to Friday, and during term time only.
The routes are assigned to Lots as follows: -

- Review procedure
The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
