The Provision of Student Counselling Services

The provision of an all inclusive Student Counselling Service which will include, but not be limited to, the following: *Provision of an online peer to peer web portal *Provision of app-based information and support accessible via, but not limited to, iOS and Android Operating systems *Provision of an online suite of creative tools, videos, courses and web based therapy *Clinical Support, including but not limited to, a range of counselling services on a one-to-one basis given via secure video conferencing, telephone and in a face to face setting *An out of hours crisis intervention service, in the form of, as a minimum a 24-hour helpline with a referral system This service will be available to all universities and colleges in Scotland plus any other named Contracting Authority to access and call off as required.
