What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionDefence requirements for current and accurate Country Overview and Geoviewer base mapping are met using products derived from small scale raster data. Defence requirements for small scale maps, authoritative international names and boundaries are currently met using products derived from a commercial worldwide small scale vector database.
The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years starting on 12th January 2022 this will be followed by two 1 - year option periods. Quantity or scope: 3 years plus two 1 year options to a maximum duration of 5 years.

- Click on the PQQ code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box
- Responding to the tender
- You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting)
- You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ
- There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available)
