Almond Housing Association (‘AHA’, ‘the Association’) is seeking to procure a tenancy sustainment service to operate from it’s offices in Etive Walk, Livingston.

This exercise will select suitable service providers for a period of three and a half years, commencing 6th September 2021 until 31st March 2025.

Contract period: 6 Sept 2021 – 31 Mar 2025 (3 yrs 7 mo)
Delivery: Scotland · West Lothian, Scotland
Extensions: Case load expected to be around 120 per year. Any tender must consider how to price potential increase above this greater than 10%.Variant bids: not allowed
