Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 49 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

We aim to have Initial online engagements over 18th, 19th & 20th November 2025. Nest will share its rationale, intended audience (and characteristics), solution expectations, intended engagement approach & timings along with a broad Q&A. If you wish to be part of the market engagement, please send an email with your contact details and a high level description of your organisation to Procurement@nestcorporation.org.uk by the 31st October 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not a call for competition and Nest is under no obligation to proceed with any formal procurement procedure. The market engagement exercise is being used as an opportunity to gather feedback to better understand market capabilities, refine the procurement strategy, and encourage supplier engagement.
