Published description of the framework
The framework will operate as a multi-supplier framework agreement with two appointed contractors.
Call-off contracts will be awarded without further competition. For each requirement, the Council will apply the pricing schedule submitted at tender stage to the relevant quantities of work to identify the lowest priced supplier. The supplier offering the lowest price will be contacted to confirm their availability to deliver the works.
Where the lowest priced supplier is unable to undertake the works, the Council will approach the next lowest priced supplier, and so on until a supplier is confirmed.

- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “TC030 Provision of Fencing, Street Furniture and Landscaping Works” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 2 suppliers, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
