Extensions: The allocated budget for the Contract across 4 years and 6 months is up to £180,000.00 excluding VAT It is anticipated the budget per annum will not exceed £35,000.00. The £180k contract value in this notice includes for any potential options/variations under the contract which might include: Additional activities which require specialist or technical support to improve policing and community safety in Belfast; Additional activities which require specialist or technical support that contributes to community safety. The Council reserves the right to add or remove aspects from the Contract in line with the Council’s requirements. Any contract variation may be subject to further Council internal approvals. · The Contract shall be effective from the date of award of Contract for an initial period of 4 months up to 31st March 2025 with the option to renew on an annual basis for a further 4 years and 6 months (up to 54 months).Variant bids: not allowed
