Published requirement descriptionNI Water wish to appoint two suppliers to supply and deliver hand tools, power tools and ancillaries. The hand tools and ancillaries required under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: hammers, saws, screwdrivers, ratchets, wrenches, spanners, oils, lubricants and batteries. The power tools required under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: cordless drills, cordless angle grinders, cordless impact drivers, cordless jigsaws, angle grinders, extension leads and replacement batteries. Please refer to the tender documents for further information on the goods and services required under this contract.

This market engagement is a general market enquiry to identify and engage with suppliers who have the potential to supply and deliver hand tools, power tools and accessories to NI Water. NI Water are seeking to assess the interest, capacity and capability of the market in providing these types of goods. NI Water are also interested in receiving feedback from the market on the different experiences, approaches and models used in other sectors / utilities for the provision of these goods.

NI Water may hold one-to-one supplier engagement meetings in November 2025 and an expression of interest for potentially attending a meeting can be made by completing and returning the “Supplier Questionnaire” provided in the “Information Pack”. Further details about the meetings will be issued in due course

The "Information Pack" contains additional information about NI Water's requirements for these goods. Suppliers can request a copy of the "Information Pack" via email at [email protected] FAO Dorothy Black The "Supplier Questionnaire" is to be completed and returned no later than 5pm on Friday 24th October 2025.
