What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionOS is running a proof of concept to test the requirements for baselining, monitoring and validation of land and assets for disclosure and verifiable annual reporting purposes. We are looking for a consultant to support a live project, testing where geospatial information can support regulatory needs and requirements.
In order to support the business, we require a consultant to have the following capabilities:
- Understand and distil key legal requirements, legislation, and standards
- Understand and have experience in using geospatial data to support land-based queries and monitoring
- Have experience in creating robust products and services to support land-based queries and monitoring
- Experienced in systems strategy and architecture
- Able to provide comprehensive input into the validation and monitoring system development
- To operate as part of a remote team as an external adviser and critical friend
